Community Guidelines

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By participating in community spaces on Mendy’s Platform, you agree to accept our Terms of Service and this policy. 

• Respect other users’ privacy, and protect your own. Do not share your personal information that is unrelated to or unnecessary for completing Projects. 

• Be yourself on the Platform. We do not allow accounts for fake identities. 

• Treat Sewists and Mendy staff with respect. 

• Do not use the Platform to post spam, unsolicited or duplicate posts or links to your shop, fundraisers, surveys, social media or other promotional content.

• Aggressive, threatening, obscene or vulgar language or behavior directed toward Clients, Sewists, or Mendy’s staff will not be tolerated. A warning may be issued and your account may be suspended depending on the severity of the situation.

• Do not engage in illegal activity or activity that infringes someone's intellectual property, or encourage others to engage in that type of activity.
